After purchase, we will contact you to discuss practical matters, such as competition planning, training opportunities, and objectives. This ensures the program is fully tailored to your situation and ready for immediate use.

This training program is created once for a period of 3 months, allowing you to continue training independently.
If combined with intensive training guidance (or if you are already following it), you will also receive weekly advice for further adjustment and fine-tuning of training and competition.
